DIELESS KNIFE CUTTING

Our factory is equipped with the latest dieless knife cutting tables for the cutting of soft and semi-rigid materials.

Such knife tables incorporate multiple cutting heads and are able, in addition to cut flat materials, to add holes, prick marks and pen designs onto the substrate. We can quickly design and cut patterns, create prototypes as well as produce small run productions without the need to create expensive tooling knives. We can work with your computerised designs or we can assist you with the creation of patterns in our in house computer systems.
